Ⅰ. Project Overview
A retailer operating its own stores in Bosnia and Herzegovina plans seasonal product launches and the debut of its private label. The client selected SKUs from our standard catalog and requested branded logo labeling in outer carton labels. Within a 1–2 month, we provided end-to-end customization—from product selection and labeling to packaging and compliance—ensuring on-time delivery.
Ⅱ. Program Confirmation
The client provided brand manuals and finish preferences while specifying three width ranges: 600mm and 800mm. Based on standard SKUs, we delivered the following in the first round:
Selection and Pairing: 6 sets of standard bathroom cabinet combinations + standalone LED mirror solutions (including matching mirror cabinets).
Branded Proofing: Logo placement confirmation; Color difference ΔE ≤ 1.0; Simultaneous confirmation of outer box layout and language labels
All proofs finalized within 7 days, proceeding directly to sample approval and mass production.
Ⅲ. Order Confirmation & Production & Delivery
Mass production commences immediately after sample approval.
1. Standard lead time for first orders: PO → container loading: 42 days.
2. Durable & Reliable: Soft-close hardware tested for ≥50,000 cycles; mirror cabinet splash-proof (IP44) for worry-free in-store demonstrations.
3. Reliable Delivery: Packaging passes drop/crush tests; barcodes pass first-pass verification (UPC/EAN batch validation).
4. Quality Assurance: Multi-point inspections from raw materials to shipment; pre-containerization photo documentation per batch.
Ⅳ. Packaging & Delivery
We consistently adhere to high-standard packaging protocols. Cabinets, sinks, and mirrors are individually packaged using:
PE foam + corner protectors + 8mm thick foam board + five-layer corrugated cardboard boxes.

Customer feedback upon delivery: The product quality is excellent.
The countertop is stain-resistant and easy to clean. The mirror cabinet's anti-fog function and color rendering demonstration are stable.
